Mike Favre serves as Vice President, Business Banker at Pioneer Bank’s St. Peter branch. He brings more than 35 years of banking experience, including 30 years in the St. Peter community. In his role, Mike manages a portfolio of commercial loans and assists with asset quality management.

 

Throughout his career, Mike has specialized in working with commercial borrowers, helping them navigate complex financial situations and achieve successful outcomes. He has also held leadership roles in several community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Economic Development Authority, and Development Corporation.

 

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time at his cabin in the woods of Northern Minnesota with his family, and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and hiking.
