Lance has over 16 years of banking experience in a variety of roles including loan review, credit analyst, personal banker and commercial banker. Lance provides expertise with commercial and industrial lending, real estate lending, cash management and fraud prevention. He excels with analyzing a customer's entire financial picture and develops comprehensive plans to reach short and long term goals.
Lance is a graduate of Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Lance is currently a part of The Schola Foundation and American Red Cross, serving Southwestern Minnesota. He was past president for the United Way of Faribault, and is also serving as a Greater Mankato Growth Ambassador.
In his spare time, Lance enjoys attending Minnesota Gopher sporting events and spending time with his wife, Stacia, and their sons, Christian & Crew and daughter Emilia.
