Cruz “Nena” Rubaldino has been with Pioneer Bank for over 11 years, beginning her career as a teller in Madelia. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience as a Banking Assistant, Credit Operations Specialist, and now serves as Assistant Vice President, Business Banker. Nena brings deep expertise in commercial and business banking, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and best practices. She is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping customers navigate both their personal and business financial journeys.
Nena has been actively involved in the Mankato/St. Peter region and now proudly serves the Madelia area. She is a Board Member of the St. Peter Diversity Council and has led the Diversity Council at Pioneer Bank for the past two years. Her past community service includes being involved with the St. Peter Area Food Shelf as a Board Member, and participating in Greater Mankato Growth (GMG) and the DEI Collaborative, reflecting her commitment to inclusion and community development.
Outside of work, Nena enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her sons.
