We have recently updated our phone system to better serve our customers across all locations. As part of this update, all branches are now supported through a single main phone number: 507-375-3201

This number has previously been used by our St. James branch and is now our official bank-wide phone number. When calling, customers can follow the prompts or press 0 at any time to speak directly with a member of our team.

What's happening with other branch phone numbers?

• Existing branch phone numbers will continue to work during this transition period. Callers to those numbers will hear a message letting them know the number will soon be retired. All branch phone numbers other than 5073753201 will be discontinued on August 1.

What should customers do? 

• Begin using 5073753201 when calling Pioneer Bank
• Save this number as our official contact
• Press 0 whenever you’d like assistance from a team member

This change is part of an internal system upgrade and does not affect your accounts, online banking, or branch services. As always, Pioneer Bank will never ask for sensitive information such as full account numbers, PINs, or online banking credentials over the phone.
