As a "last-dollar" scholarship, it covers the remaining tuition and fees after other financial aid has been applied. To qualify, students must be Minnesota residents with a family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) under $80,000, as reported on the FAFSA or Minnesota Dream Act Application. The scholarship applies to your first credential—whether that's a certificate, diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree—at eligible institutions like all Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, University of Minnesota campuses, and Tribal Colleges.
