Heading out of town this summer? Before you pack the cooler and hit the road, take two minutes to peek inside the Pioneer Bank mobile app. A lot of the tools that used to require a phone call are now right at your fingertips!

Here's what you can do yourself, anytime, anywhere.

Control Where Your Card Works

Under Manage Cards, you'll find a section called Controls & Alerts with two especially handy options:

• My Regions — Set the areas where your card is allowed to make in-store purchases. Great for everyday use at home, and easy to expand when you're traveling out of state.
• Block International Transactions — Heading abroad? You can add specific countries where your card will be allowed to work, so it's ready when you land and locked down everywhere else.

These give you a level of control that used to require a call to the bank — now you can adjust them in seconds, right from your phone.

Lock and Unlock Your Card Instantly

Misplaced your card at the lake? Not sure if it fell out at the gas station? You can freeze your card right in the app while you look — no phone call needed. If it turns up, unlock it just as quickly. If it doesn't, you've already stopped any unauthorized use.

Set Up Account Alerts

Want a heads-up every time your card is used? You can set custom alerts for transactions, balance thresholds, and more. It's one of the easiest ways to catch fraud the moment it happens.

Check Balances and Transactions on the Go

Quick check before a big purchase, peace of mind after a swipe at the grocery store — it's all right there. No need to wait until you're back at a computer.
