Brandon Plombon brings a unique perspective to each of his customer relationships shaped by his background in managing insurance risks and financial risks. In addition to his years in finance, he holds his life and health insurance license as well as his property and casualty license in the state of Minnesota. Brandon has also owned his own business, an insurance brokerage, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges and rewards experienced by fellow entrepreneurs.

 

In his position at the bank, Brandon guides customers on how Pioneer Bank can help them to achieve their individual financial goals. He provides solutions that allow clients to more efficiently manage cash flow and works to gain them accelerated access to capital—allowing them to move faster than their competition on opportunities.

 

Brandon graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Business Administration. He gives back to the community through his role as Treasurer of the Windom Area Sharing Center. His two sons, Bryson and Aiden keep him active. When he’s not playing football or hockey, swimming or riding dirt bikes with his boys, Brandon loves to be out on the lake.
